Registration Agreement

Campers must be JK - Incoming 5th grade to participate in program.
Please fill out this form and submit the non-refundable $100.00 registration fee. The registration fee includes a camp t-shirt, supplies.
You are obligated to pay for the days you enroll your child.
Weekly payments are scheduled on Friday, one week prior to the registered week.
Checks accepted for payments in-full only.
Oakridge will automatically process payments each Friday via credit card on file, one week in advance of the registered week. The credit card fee is 4% plus $.35 per transaction fee.
There are NO refunds or credits for days missed.
A change or cancellation, of any day, must be given in writing to the office, one week prior, to avoid being automatically charged for the registered week.
By signing and submitting the Oakridge Summer Camp application, I acknowledge that I have read the Registration Agreement above. I understand that I am obligated to pay for the days and times for which I enroll my child. I also understand that any changes I make must be done in writing, one week prior, to avoid being automatically charged for the registered week.
