Applications for Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Oakridge Private School. We are confident you will be pleased with the strong academic programs for which our school is known, as well as the care and dedication provided by our exceptional faculty and staff.

All applications are submitted online and processed through the Admission Office. If you have any questions regarding the application, our Admissions staff will be happy to assist you throughout the process. Please complete the Application for Admission in its entirety and submit it online. Once your application has been received, we will contact you to schedule an appointment to submit the required fees and documents.

Please note that acceptance for enrollment is at the sole discretion of Oakridge Private School.

Application Checklist

Part I (all applicants)

• Online Application for admission, completed in its entirety and submitted

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of Immunization Record - Required Immunization per California Health Code

• Schedule a JK-8th Grade Assessment and Shadow Day

Part II (applicants 1st - 8th)

• Transcripts (Please include grades for the past two years, including teacher comments 2nd - 8th only)

• Standardized Test Scores (2nd - 8th only)

• First Grade Only - completed "Report of Health Examination for School Entry" form

Part III (applicants grades 6 - 8)

• Two Letters of Recommendation, from current school, by teacher or administrator
