Oakridge is proud to have a full-time music teacher dedicated to providing the very best in music education.

At Oakridge Private School, students in every grade have the opportunity to shine as they perform in our Spring plays, Talent Shows, Christmas program, and many other productions throughout the year. These experiences give children frequent opportunities to speak and perform in front of an audience. As they develop their speaking and theatrical skills, they build self-assurance, poise, and the confidence needed to communicate effectively and positively influence the world around them.

Beyond performance, students are introduced to a wide variety of musical genres through listening skills, music theory, rhythm, and vocal training. They cultivate an appreciation for diverse styles of music, including classical works, Broadway favorites, patriotic and folk songs, and contemporary artists.
