Sponsorships are valid for one academic year and may be renewed annually.
Payment and approved artwork are required before production or benefits begin. Please allow approximately 3 - 4 weeks for production and installation.
Oakridge will add "Proud Sponsor of Oakridge Private School" designation and send a proof for approval. Please approve proof within 48 hours to maintain the installation timeline,
Banner placement is assigned by sponsorship level and availably; specific locations are not guaranteed, and banners may be repositioned when necessary.
All artwork and sponsorship require school approval and must align with Oakridge values and community standards.
Payments are generally non-refundable once production or sponsorship benefits have begun.
